Rotary Watches Lifetime Guarantee
All movements in Rotary wristwatches have a lifetime guarantee. The only condition to this warranty is that you return the watch to Rotary for a professional service at least every 3 years or when a reminder reaches you.
Although servicing will be chargeable it will contribute to your Rotary's long life through cleaning, lubrication, replacement of any worn parts, regulations and full testing.
Dreyfuss & Co Watches Two Year Guarantee
If during a period of 24 months from the date of purchase your watch becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship we guarantee to replace free of charge the defective part providing:
- The watch has not been damaged due to accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect or damage caused during transit to and from the purchaser.
- That a correctly completed guarantee or proof of purchase is provided.
Please Note:
- Guarantees which have been altered, falsified or tampered with will not be honoured.
- The guarantee does not apply to leather straps or glasses.
Returning a Watch
When returning a watch please ensure that it is packaged in a sturdy box ensuring maximum protection against damage during transit. Send it registered mail with your guarantee or proof of purchase and reason for its return. Include your name, return address and daytime telephone number.
We aim to turn all repairs around within 2 weeks (for standard guarantee work). Servicing includes a 24 hour period of bench testing.
