Terms & Conditions
- Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
- If you cancel the contract we will gladly refund within 3 days of the cancellation provided:
- You have informed us prior to returning goods.
- The goods are received un-used, in the same condition you received them and carriage paid.
- No policy, extended guarantee, or any statement on this site affects the consumers statutory rights.
- We will not share your name or personal details with any third party.
- We do not send any un-solicited mail, e-mail or marketing material.
- We confirm your order by email.
- We try to dispatch orders within 4 working days of receipt but if for any reason we cannot dispatch goods within 4 working days we will inform you by e-mail.
- If goods are received faulty or different from those that the customer ordered we will provide a full refund including return carriage charges.
- Any guarantee offered on this site is in addition to the consumers' statutory rights.
