Packaging
All of our watches are sent in their own presentation cases, packaged to ensure that they reach you in exactly the same pristine condition that they left our Jewellers.
Postage
- All of our items are delivered using the Royal Mail and are fully insured against loss or damage. All orders received before 14:30 within our hours of business, are dispatched the same day.
- On the very rare occasion that the ordered item is not currently in stock we will advise you immediately, giving you the option to wait or have a full refund. As long as an item is in stock with Rotary or Dreyfuss and Co, we expect to receive replacement within 48 hours.
- All items require a signature on receipt to qualify for insured delivery with the Royal Mail.
- UK
- Most watches are delivered the next working day or at very least within 2 working days of dispatch.
- Worldwide
- For most destinations items should be received within 7 working days of dispatch.

- For special delivery requirements, such as guaranteed next day delivery or to ascertain certain availability please contact us.
- If the item is taking longer to arrive than the expected amount of time then please contact us and we can track the item via the Royal Mail"s internet tracking facility.
In case of loss or damage during Delivery
All items are fully insured in case of loss or damage. We require that if such an eventuality occurs then as a customer you cooperate with us to satisfy the insurance requirements of Royal Mail and their partner companies and abide by their appropriate procedure.
